This 14-passenger vessel is a classic, but quite basic 78-foot steel-hulled motor sailor. Dutch built in 1966, her lovely teak decks provide ample space for lounging and viewing the scenery. The Samba has 6 air-conditioned double cabins, each with private bathroom, and 1 air conditioned cabin with exterior shower and toilet. The quality of the land program and the naturalist guide is very good, and the operator is one of the most experienced in the Galapagos (40 years). Recreational equipment: limited snorkeling gear and wet suits.
Cabin Description: All cabins are double occupancy and air-conditioned; Six of the cabins have an en-suite hot water shower and toilet, and the seventh cabin has a separate bathroom just across the hallway. Cabins are small and simple.
