Hotel Red Mangrove Inn
Step through the entrance of the Red Mangrove Inn and you will feel that you have entered a realm of magic and imagination last seen in childhood. Charmed with lanters of a translucent bark, the entrance walkway brings you through a canopy of red mangroves. There, though only feet from Puerto Ayora, its is not unlikely to see a Yellow-crowned Night Heron.
Upon entering the inn itself, you will find rooms decorated with an artist's touch. Tastefully exposed wooden beams and pleasingly tiled bathrooms lie within white rooms that reflect the sun as it shines in from across the sea.
Guests typically start their day on the Inn's waterfront terrace, often in the company of sun-basking marine iguanas, scuttling Sally Lightfoot crabs and soaring Frigate birds. The hotel La Casa de Marita is situated on the Isabel Island and offers a stay completely different than traditional one. The hotel is located in Puerto Villamil, the only village on the island, which is surrounded by the National Park. La Casa de Marita is very close to the beach and has incomparable sea view.
Central building has 8 independent rooms, 7 suites, 10 rooms and the small Green House, all close to the beach. Every room is special thanks to the colours, decoration and style. The size of these rooms is 30 square meters and more all with provate bathrooms.
They all have air conditioning, telephone (international phone calls possible) and minibar. It is also possible to use the Internet and send e-mails. Our guests can share sitting room, library and bar with the owners. We also have Jacuzzi on the fresh air with the unforgettable sea view. The dining room is situated on the third floor of the central building and offers splendid view on the ocean. The cuisine of our hotel has international menu and varied list of wines and liquors to choose from. In spacious garden with palms and flowers you can find quite places with hammocks and armchairs as well as relax under parasols on the beach in front of hotel.
